A Jefferson County resident since 2007, Ms. Decker is the Co-Organizer of Young & Active Conservatives of Denver, a grassroots organization designed to engage young adults in conservative conversations and political processes while bridging relationships with established political communities and engagement opportunities in the Denver metro area.
Ms. Decker is a Senior Engineer with the City and County of Denver in the department of Public Works where she works with developers to mitigate the impact of development on the public Right of Way infrastructure. In her free time, Ms. Decker is an avid outdoorswoman, mountaineer, and world traveler.
