The Steamboat Institute is proud to present “Making Space for Diversity of Ideas: A Debate on Whether Universities Should Limit Political Expression or Academic Research and Writing of Faculty,” featuring Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law Professor Emeritus, and Robert Post, Sterling Professor of Law, Yale Law School. Moderated by Jillian Kay Melchior, editorial page writer for The Wall Street Journal.
Please note that both Professors Dershowitz and Post will appear live via Zoom and Ms. Melchior will be live on stage at The Dome at AMG. Guests attending in person are cordially invited to attend a reception following the debate to meet and visit with Ms. Melchior.

All guests – both in person and watching the live stream – will be able to submit questions to our moderator during the debate.
