Kaitlyn Schiraldi

Kaitlyn Schiraldi is an Attorney at Mountain States Legal Foundation where she focuses primarily on the First and Second Amendments, property rights, and Title IX issues. She directly represents clients, authors amicus briefs, drafts comments on regulatory overreach, and pens op-eds.

Kaitlyn received a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school she competed in moot court competitions as both a brief writer and an advocate, was one of four students chosen to represent clients in her law school’s prestigious Innocence Clinic, and graduated magna cum laude. Kaitlyn was a Fellow at Mountain States Legal Foundation during law school and enjoyed fighting for liberty so much that she pursued a position at the Foundation post-graduation. Kaitlyn is currently a member of the Nashville Federalist Society’s Young Lawyer’s Committee.

She is licensed to practice law in the great state of Tennessee where she resides with her husband.
