Emerging Leaders Council
The Emerging Leaders Council (ELC) is a select network of young professionals (ages 20-29) from across the U.S. who are rising thought leaders, influencers, and policymakers. With the support of The Steamboat Institute, ELC members are trained and educated on founding principles, media and journalism, persuasion, and leadership, allowing them to inspire their peers and create a chain reaction of engaged, liberty-minded citizens.
