This Campus Liberty Tour debate will take place at the University of Maryland, College Park, on Tuesday, October 27th.

Steamboat Institute, in partnership with the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets, is proud to present a compelling debate on the following resolution: Be it resolved, capitalism is superior to socialism as an economic system that promotes individual freedom and prosperity. Arguing the affirmative is Rajshree Agarwal, Professor and Director of the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets at the University of Maryland, and Daniel Di Martino, Economist and Fellow at the Manhattan Institute. Arguing the negative is Paul Adler, Professor Emeritus of Management and Organization in the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. Moderator is Brad Polumbo, Independent Journalist; Host of the podcast Brad vs. Everyone; Steamboat Institute Fellow.
