Anthony Jones
Anthony is a Political Science Ph.D. Student and Teaching Assistant at Baylor University. He is also a Policy Scholar at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. In this role, he conducts research on public policy issues related to education, workforce development, and local government; assists the Foundation in academic publication; educates lawmakers and members of the public on Foundation research; and provides formal testimony to local, state, and federal entities.
Prior to this position, Anthony graduated from the Heritage Foundation’s Young Leaders Program. Anthony received a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Wyoming Catholic College. He was the president of his college’s Students for Life chapter and strove to promote the right to life of every human being on campus. As the college liaison to the Wyoming Republican Party, he also worked closely with Party leadership to promote conservatism among young people in the state. Originally from Fairfax, VA, his hobbies include theology, backpacking, and mountain biking.
