Ashleigh Hines

Ashleigh Hines is a Legislative Assistant for the Oklahoma House of Representatives. In her role, she communicates with constituents, state agencies, and elected officials, conducts legislative research, and drafts policy briefs. Her background includes experience as a Legal Assistant at Ball Morse Lowe, where she assisted with estate planning and probate matters, conducted research, and drafted court pleadings. Ashleigh graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in Health Science Studies, and minoring in Business Administration, Biology, and Political Science. Ashleigh is an Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs J. Rufus Fears Fellow as well as a Heritage Foundation Academy Fellow. As an Oklahoma City resident, Ashleigh is passionate about public service and advocating for her community. With a strong foundation in legislative research, policy analysis, and legal support, Ashleigh continues to leverage her skills to serve the people of Oklahoma and contribute to the state’s legislative process.
