Bailey O’Donnell

Bailey O’Donnell is an assistant on the Coalitions team at the American Enterprise Institute. In this role, she supports the Leadership Network and related initiatives that connect AEI scholars with state-based leaders and policymakers. Before joining AEI, she has worked in operations for a women-owned business, in communications on Capitol Hill, and in creative work for the nonprofit sector. Bailey brings experience in operations, outreach, and communication to AEI’s mission of strengthening ideas that shape public life. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas Wesleyan University, where she completed degrees in political science and English and played on the golf team.
