Carine Hajjar
Carine Hajjar is an opinion journalist and editorial board member of the Washington Post. She was awarded the Joseph Rago Memorial Fellowship for Excellence in Journalism by The Fund for American Studies in 2022, during which she served as a fellow on The Wall Street Journal’s Editorial Board.
Formally, she also worked as a columnist and Editorial Board member at The Boston Globe. Her work has also appeared in National Review, and she has provided commentary on Fox News, Fox Business, and NewsNation. Carine graduated from Harvard College in 2021 with a degree in government and economics. She is based between Boston and New York City.
