Evelyn Cole

Evelyn Cole has over 35 years of experience serving large, multinational publicly-held companies, having retired in 2015. She advised clients in accounting for complex transactions and assisted clients in numerous strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, divestures, spinoffs and joint ventures. She provided services to clients in the technology, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, non-profit and entertainment industries.

Evelyn was a direct admit partner to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1998. Prior to joining PwC, she was the Chief Financial Officer of a healthcare company which grew to over 1,000 employees with over 50 locations in 27 states. She grew the company through numerous acquisitions and joint ventures and started an institutional pharmacy and medical equipment company to complement the existing healthcare operations. She successfully negotiated the sale of the company to a strategic buyer in 1998. Evelyn began her career with Ernst & Young in 1977 and was admitted as a partner in 1988.
