Lauren Stellman

Lauren Stellman serves the liberty movement as the Executive Assistant and Development Associate at The Steamboat Institute. She is also the founder and marketing specialist at Cashmere & Co. LLC, a boutique digital marketing agency dedicated to elevating the brand identity of small businesses and nonprofit organizations in northwestern Colorado. Lauren is a current member of the Leadership Program of the Rockies’ Class of 2024-25 and previously interned for the Class of 2023-24.

Prior to joining Steamboat Institute’s team full time, Lauren was the member/visitor coordinator at the Craig Chamber of Commerce & Moffat County Visitor, where she played a key role in marketing and public relations, event coordination, and project management. Her work, including her involvement as the project manager/local chamber partner in the National Civics Bee, helped fuel her commitment to the spirit of free enterprise and enthusiasm for civic education.

A graduate of Colorado Christian University, Lauren obtained her bachelor’s in marketing with University Honors in 2024. She is also a Phi Theta Kappa scholar with degrees in history and business. Previously, Lauren studied economics at the Colorado School of Mines, where she was a recipient of the First-Year Innovation & Research Scholar Training Fellowship. As a former economic research fellow at Mines, she remains passionate about Colorado’s energy industry and energy transition.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, and chasing Colorado’s beautiful sunsets. She and her husband Davis make their home in beautiful Colorado.
