Madelynne Wahrmund

Madelynne “Madi” Stilianos is a Surgical Account Manager at Medtronic, the world’s largest medical device company. Based in Dallas, she supports the Core Surgical Innovations portfolio across open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgical procedures. In this role, she partners with surgeons, hospitals, and clinical teams to help advance surgical efficiency and patient outcomes.

A former Division I athlete and Neuroscience graduate of Lafayette College, Madelynne brings analytical skill, competitive drive, and a servant-leader mindset to leadership endeavors. Her professional interests include healthcare innovation, business strategy, and the future of surgical robotics.

Madelynne also comes from a sixth-generation ranching family in Fredericksburg and is deeply passionate about Texas agriculture, land stewardship, and preserving the legacy of the American rancher. Her ranching roots have instilled in her the values of hard work and service, which continue to be cultivated by the Emerging Leaders Council.

As a member of the Steamboat Institute Emerging Leaders Council, Madelynne is passionate about fostering principled leadership, economic opportunity, and the free exchange of ideas in the public arena.
