Michael Caplan
Michael Caplan is the Program Coordinator for The Public Interest Fellowship. He assists in planning and executing TPIF operations and coalitions engagement. Born and raised in Southern California, Michael is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where he received his B.A. in History and Political Science. In Fall 2021, he completed an academic residency studying theology and political philosophy as a Fellow with The John Jay Institute.
Michael aspires to attend law school and pursue a legal career specializing in public interest appellate law. In his free time, he enjoys reading biographies and political theory, exploring art museums, and practicing his amateur photography skills.
