Solomon Chen is a Policy Advisor with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education & Workforce, as a part of his experience as a 2022-2023 Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) Fellow. Previously, Solomon was a research associate for the Cato Institute’s Center for Educational Freedom.
Solomon is a former Falls Church Fellow and previously worked with the civic education program at the Philanthropy Roundtable as well as Weave: The Social Fabric Project at the Aspen Institute. Solomon holds a degree in political science from Biola University and was a member of Biola’s Torrey Honors Institute. Solomon enjoys cheering on Bay Area sports teams, trying unique foods, and reminiscing over California weather.
