Becky Gerritson is President of the Wetumpka (AL) TEA Party, an organization that she co-founded, along with her husband Eric, in 2009. In this capacity, Becky has led a network of more than 900 patriots, allowing their voices to be heard on the major issues facing our nation. In 2011, Alabama Governor Bentley tapped Becky to serve on the Alabama Constitutional Revision Committee.
Becky is leading the charge to repeal the Common Core educational standards currently instituted in Alabama and 46 other states. She has garnered much national attention for her compelling testimony before the House committee investigating IRS abuse and intimidation of conservative organizations.
Becky has appeared on several national news programs, including Fox & Friends, the Sean Hannity Show, Fox Business Network, CNN and others. Below is a video of her testimony before Congress.
