Campus Liberty Tour: Will a Wealth Tax and Higher Taxes Increase Prosperity?

The COVID-19 pandemic may have pushed our Campus Liberty Tour further out than we wanted — and it may not have happened exactly as we planned — but we were determined to hold this important event, and we did. Last week, our Campus Liberty Tour went live from the Middle Tennessee State University.
So far, over 37,000 of you have watched our debate between legendary economist Art Laffer and Democratic Strategist Leslie Marshall. They debated the question: “Will a Wealth Tax and Higher Taxes Increase Prosperity?”
Unlike the state of most conversation in our nation, this debate was cordial and civil. Our panelists were able to cheerfully push back on one another and make their points in respect. They even found places of agreement at times! We were delighted to be able to host this debate in person and stream it live to the masses.
